Dear ASU Hackathon Participant,
We have received your registration for the ASU Devex World Hackathon and are pleased to confirm that your university’s logo and link are now included on the Devex World site as a participating university.
Attached you will find important information about how to run a hackathon, background articles for each problem area, and guidelines for the video submission of your university’s winning solution. Video submissions are due by November 20th. We encourage you to document the hackathon process with photos and videos and to share these on social media using #ASUHackathon and #DevexWorld.

November 1st - 20th
Universities hold their own hackathon.
November 20th: Video submissions due
Your winning team is required to submit their video via this online form for consideration.
November 27th: Judges determine Winners
Judges will decide the winning teams and those teams will be given an opportunity to present their solutions at Devex World.
November 29th - December 8: Devex Interviews with hackathon winners
Winning teams will be informed and video interviews with Devex will be conducted.
December 10th: Winners announced at Devex World
Winning teams will be highlighted at Devex World and their interviews will be showcased throughout the event.
