We are delighted to announce that the 8th edition of the African School of Fundamental Physics and Applications (ASP2024) will be held in Marrakech at Cadi Ayyad University, Faculty of Science Semlalia, from July 7 to July 21, 2024.
Morocco has been selected as the host country for the edition of the African School of Physics after a thorough evaluation of proposals submitted by various African. ASP2024 in Marrakech promises an exciting array of activities, including:
• Lectures and hands-on tutorials specifically designed for university students.
• An engaging outreach program tailored for high school pupils.
• A dedicated workshop aimed at enhancing the skills of high school teachers.
• A forum providing a platform for participants to discuss capacity development and retention in the field of physics.
ASP2024 is co-organized by Cadi Ayyad University in Marrakech and Mohammed V University in Rabat, under the leadership of Pr. M. Chabab and Pr. F. Fassi, in tandem with the Local Organizing Committee and the the International Committee.
