Since 1978, UCA has played a pivotal role in advancing and evolving the sciences while addressing the educational needs of the regions in which it operates.. It began with the Faculty of Sciences Semlalia in Marrakech, followed by the establishment of the Faculty of Letters and Humanities and the Faculty of Legal, Economic, and Social Sciences a year later. Over the years, UCA has served as the incubator for two universities, eventually leading to their official establishment.
