These networks enable the pooling of resources, the sharing of best practices, and participation in large-scale collaborative projects. Through these networks, Through these connections, UCA not only boosts its visibility but also strengthens its integration within the global academic and scientific communities.

Networks Description
Academic Network for Development Dialogue (ANDD) The Academic Network for Development Dialogue (ANDD) is an emerging network dedicated to fostering synergy and strengthening cooperation and dialogue between the United Nations (UN) and the academic community. Operating as a think tank in the Arab region, ANDD aims to influence the UN's work and contribute to global discussions on policy options that support the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Additionally, the network connects with other international academic institutions to enhance global collaboration and broaden its global impact.
Austro-African Research Network Africa-UniNet The Austro-African Research Network Africa-UniNet was established to create a stable and long-term foundation for collaboration between Austrian and African universities and research institutes. The network aims to foster new connections, strengthen scientific cooperation, and offer outstanding opportunities for innovative joint research projects.
International Centre for Innovation in Higher Education under the auspices of UNESCO (UNESCO-ICHEI) 

Founded on June 8, 2016, the International Centre for Innovation in Higher Education under the auspices of UNESCO (UNESCO-ICHEI), located in Shenzhen, China, is the tenth education Category II dedicated to the education sector worldwide.
UNESCO-ICHEI is closely tied to the UN's Sustainable Development Goal 4. Relying on the advantages of Shenzhen's information and communications technology (ICT) sector, it addresses the digital transformation needs of developing countries in developing countries in Asia and Africa. Through collaborative efforts, UNESCO-ICHEI aims to enhance the capacity of university educators to deliver online and blended learning, while promoting the digital transformation of higher education institutions. Its mission is to expand access to lifelong learning opportunities and ensure equitable, quality education.
 
The centre fully exerts its four main functions of knowledge production, capacity building, technical support, and information sharing by developing international higher education cooperation programmes with developing countries in Asia and Africa, in an effort to construct a global network based on the principle of “Extensive consultation, Joint contribution, Shared benefits”.

 

 

International Cultural and Creative Industries Regulatory Authority  (ICCIRA) The International Cultural and Creative Industries Regulatory Authority  (ICCIRA) is a non-profit, multi-sector, interactive organization focused on legal and policy consulting. Currently based in Brussels, Belgium, the ICCIRA was founded by Panayiotis Neufelt, with the assistance of co-founder Christos-Laurence Neufelt-Boras, in March 2015 (officially registered).
Mediterranean and Middle East University Network Agreement (MUNA)

Established in Naples (Italy) on June 19, 2015, this network serves as a foundation for creating opportunities for cooperation in the fields of Education (both pre- and post-graduate) and multicentric research.

 

 

 

African Green Universities and Youth Education  Network (AGUYEN) 

 

The primary mission of AGUYEN is to act as a leader in sustainability for higher education across the African continent. The organization seeks to promote the integration of sustainability elements into higher education institutions, both on campus and in the classroom, while fostering a mindset of sustainability and developing the skills of future generations.
The network focuses on:
•    Greening of Universities: This initiative aims to promote sustainability across the entire university, including the campus, the institution, and the curriculum.
•    Behavior Change: Raising awareness among youth to enhance their understanding of sustainable development and encourage environmentally responsible behaviors.
•    Collaboration: Fostering partnerships with other networks dedicated to sustainability within the African region, and creating a platform for sharing best practices. AGUYEN encourages collaboration between higher education institutions and student communities worldwide.
The ultimate goal is to integrate environmental awareness into university programs across Africa, influencing campuses to adopt sustainability practices and embed them into their operational and academic frameworks.
The ANIME Network (Academic Network on Inclusiveness, Multilingualism, and Excellence) The ANIME Network was launched on November 5th and 6th, 2020, by the University of Strasbourg (France). It was formalized under the IDEX program "Internationalization of the Institution: From Bilateral Cooperation to Network Cooperation." The network focuses on higher education institutions in Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America— Regions where the University of Strasbourg had previously made limited use of cooperation opportunities.
ANIME aims to serve as a collective platform for advancing both reflection and experimentation, including pedagogical innovation, excellence projects, and the exchange of best practices, all grounded in shared values.
The key objectives of the ANIME network are:
•    To foster the joint organization of activities for all members of the university community, including faculty, administrative staff, and students;
•    To develop collaborative responses to international program project calls;
•    To promote mobility for the entire University of Strasbourg community within the established networks, as well as encourage incoming mobility for its partners, creating a platform for exchange.
