Cadi Ayyad University has established a framework for the integration of Associate Members within its research structures. This framework is governed by a dedicated agreement that defines the terms and conditions under which Associate Members may contribute to the scientific activities and visibility of their host research structure.
The following categories are eligible for Associate Member status:
• Researchers participating in a funded research project;
• Researchers affiliated with a national non-university research institution;
• Permanent academic staff members of national or international higher education institutions;
• Agrégé teachers and permanent TEC teachers of the National Education sector affiliated with a UCA institution.
Associate Member status is granted upon submission of a duly justified application, which is reviewed by the management committee of the research structure. Once approved, the status remains valid for the entire accreditation period of the research structure.
Associate Membership is formalized through the signing of an agreement between the home institution and the host institution, in accordance with the model adopted by UCA. The agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the Associate Member, the conditions governing their scientific participation, and the provisions relating to confidentiality, intellectual property, and compliance with the institution’s internal regulations and procedures.
