Thanks to the Moroccan Agency of International Cooperation (AMCI), UCA welcomes students from numerous African countries and beyond, providing them with favorable study conditions. The AMCI offers scholarships and support for foreign students as part of Morocco’s cooperation with partner countries.

Foreign students must submit their applications through diplomatic channels, in accordance with the cooperation agreements between Morocco and their home countries.

The AMCI, under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, forwards applications to the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research, and Innovation / Cooperation Division.

Applications not submitted through AMCI will not be considered. Enrollment at a university is contingent upon presenting the enrollment authorization issued by the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research, and Innovation.
