Professor Ismail SAADOUNE Receives Prestigious Research Award

Professor Ismail SAADOUNE (FSTG) has been honored with the "AWARD OF TOKYO UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE" for his pioneering research on energy storage in lithium-ion batteries.

The award ceremony took place on Wednesday, December 4, 2013, at the Tokyo University of Science campus.

Professor Akira FUJISHIMA, President of the Tokyo University of Science and a 2012 nominee for the Nobel Prize in Chemistry, presented the award to Professor SAADOUNE in recognition of his significant contributions to the field of energy storage.
