Ms. Loubna EL FELS Awarded Eiffel Excellence Scholarship for 2013–2014

Ms. Loubna EL FELS, a PhD candidate at the Ecology and Environment Laboratory of the Faculty of Sciences Semlalia, has been awarded a prestigious Eiffel Excellence Scholarship to conduct a research stay at ENSAT – INP Toulouse during the 2013–2014 academic year.

Launched in January 1999 by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, the Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program aims to enhance the international outreach of French higher education institutions by attracting top international students.
This initiative reflects France’s commitment to academic excellence and global competitiveness in a context of increasing international competition to recruit high-potential candidates into Master’s, Engineering, and Doctoral programs.
