PRIMA (Partnership for Research and Innovation in the Mediterranean Area) هو برنامج شراكة في مجال البحث العلمي والابتكار في منطقة البحر الأبيض المتوسط، تم إطلاقه من قبل الدول المتوسطية ويأخذ شكل مبادرة تتوافق مع المادة 185* من معاهدة عمل الاتحاد الأوروبي. يتجلى الهدف العام من برنامج PRIMA في تعزيز التعاون في مجال البحث والابتكار بين الدول المتوسطية بهدف تطوير حلول مبتكرة تساهم في مواجهة تحديات الإنتاج الغذائي المستدام والأمن المائي.
